Naglich Squares Research License (NSRL-1.0)

1. Grant of Rights

Subject to the conditions below, permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any academic institution, researcher, or student (the “Licensee”) obtaining a copy of the Naglich Squares and NS8 formulas, documentation, or derivative works (the “Work”), to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the Work solely for non-commercial research and educational purposes.

2. Restrictions

Non-Commercial Use Only. Licensee may not use the Work for commercial advantage, monetary compensation, or product development intended for sale, licensing, or other for-profit activity.
Commercial Licensing Required. Any commercial or for-profit use requires a separate license agreement with the copyright holder.
Redistribution. Licensee may redistribute the Work or modifications for academic or research purposes, provided this license and attribution remain intact.

3. Attribution

Licensee must retain the following notice in all copies or substantial portions of the Work:
“© 2025 Nicholas Naglich. Licensed under the Naglich Squares Research License (NSRL-1.0). For research and educational use only. Commercial use requires a separate license.”

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
